RESCHEDULING POLICY
All appointments that are rescheduled before 24 hours of the appointment will be given a one-time courtesy to reschedule. The nonrefundable reservation fee will be used for the new appointment time. Appointments that are not rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment will forfeit the nonrefundable reservation fee.
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY Guests that do not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit the nonrefundable reservation fee.
LATE POLICY
Each guest deserves exceptional service. In order to do so please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Guests that arrive 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule.
RESERVATION FEE POLICY
Each guest will be prompted to provide a nonrefundable reservation fee when scheduling services. The nonrefundable reservation fee will go towards services for one scheduled appointment.
